General Information

We hope you'll decide to join us for the PetZoo! If you do decide to come, we've put together some information to answer any questions you may have about the festival and what to expect. If you don't see the information you're looking for below please feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help you out.

What to Bring and What Not to Bring

PetZoo! Festival is an all day music festival held outdoors so you should dress accordingly. Comfortable clothes, a pair of comfortable shoes, a hat, sunglasses, bugspray and some sunblock would be a good start. The Festival will be held rain or shine so if it looks like rain be sure to bring the appropriate clothing.

No glass bottles, weapons, fireworks or illegal substances of any kind may be brought into the Festival. All bags will be subject to search at the time of entry. The Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue and all applicable laws.

While we do love animals, for safety reasons, the only Pets allowed into the event will be you.

Collars

Once you enter the venue you will be issued an ID Collar. Anyone wishing to leave the venue and return MUST HAVE THIS COLLAR. No re-entry will be permitted without it.

Dog Catchers

Dog Catchers will be stationed throughout the venue to make sure everyone plays nice. Please don't give them an excuse to take you to the SPCA. Remember, peace is the best security, so be considerate of all the other Pets and be one big happy family for a day.

The Vet

Medical assistance will be available to anyone in need. If you have a medical emergency please notify a Dog Catcher immediately and the Vet will be dispatched to your location.

Pet Shop

We'll be selling various toys and other things to amuse yourself with at our Pet Shops. More information to come.

SPCA

The SPCA will be maintaining a Lost & Found as well as providing Information and other assistance. It will also be where the Dog Catchers bring strays and BAD PETS that don't play well with others.
