The Mystery Cats, a dynamic, jam-oriented musical group based in Somerset, New jersey, emerged out of the musical chaos that existed when video first killed the radio star. Consisting of John Dominick on lead guitar and vocals, Greg Locke on bass, Buzzy Delaney on Rhythm guitar and vocals, Dave DeSantis on drums, and Kelly Ike on boards and vocals, the band has thrilled audiences with their exciting live performances that uniquely blend original material with some of the great rock and roll music of the 50's, 60's, and 70's. Although we were born and bread on the East Coast, their sound is founded on a combination of San Francisco psychedelic, bluesy ballads and self-indulgent jam sessions that are featured in their epic live performances.
Thousands throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut have experienced the Mystery Cats' intense rockin' and ramblin' shows. Varying their extensive set-list, the band typically plays until they're ready to drop; non-stop sets are nothing new to the boys.
